VailMX LLC respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you message us on WhatsApp, sign up for the newsletter or register as an instructor, we collect only the information you provide: name, contact details and trip preferences. Conversations on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. The chat assistant on this site sends your messages to an AI provider to generate answers, so please don't share sensitive data there. We use Vercel Analytics (no personal data) and Plausible (privacy-friendly, no cookies) to understand site traffic.

How we use it

Contact information is used only to respond to your inquiry and coordinate your lesson. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Data retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to operate and improve our service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@vailmx.com.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We respond within 30 days.
